Shipping and Payment

Your orders are confirmed via email to the email address which has been entered in your account. In this confirmation, the Total amount will be indicated. The actual invoice will be sent together with the shipment of the goods.

All prices are including VAT for EU shipments and without VAT for shipment outside European Union.

Shipment and administration costs are calculated using the weight of your order.

Free shipping for orders above €150

Delivery time

Shipment is only done after payment of the order and is done within 4 working days after receiving of the payment. If the product is not available, we will inform you about the expected date of availability. In that case, you are free to wait for the product to become available or to cancel the order. In case of cancellation of the order, we will refund the complete payments (or partly in case only part of the order is canceled). Delivery time depends of country. 

The above delivery times are indicative, but can never be used as final period. Okusaro  is never liable for damage as result of the exceeding the maximum delivery time.

Invoice and payment methods 

Unless paid in full and received, the goods remain the property of Okusaro. The risk of damage passes to the Purchaser upon receipt.

Okusaro confirms your order per e-mail to the e-mail address which has been supplied during the ordering process. In this email, the total amount of the shipment is given. The invoice will be delivered together with the products.

There are 2 ways of payment: 

1. Payment by way of pre payment on our bank account 2301089298/2010 (IBAN CZ5320100000002301089298, Fio banka, a.s.) 

2. Payment using Banking Card 

Okusaro reserves the right to offer only some methods of payment to the Purchaser and do so at its own discretion.
